Panteriors Inc. is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Window Coverings Sales & Installation Specialist to join our team on a contract basis.

As a specialist, you are the face of our brand, providing premium design consultations, precise measurements, and expert installations for high-end residential and commercial window treatments.

This is a 100% commission-based opportunity. We are looking for self-motivated professionals who thrive on independence and excellence.

You will be responsible for the full client lifecycle, from the initial discovery call to the final, flawless installation.

Key Responsibilities

Consultation & Design: Meet with clients to understand their aesthetic and functional needs, offering professional advice on high-end window treatment solutions.

Precision Measurement: Conduct accurate, on-site measurements to ensure perfect fit and performance for all window coverings.

Sales Execution: Confidently present quotes, manage client expectations, and close sales while maintaining the elevated standards of the Panteriors brand.

Professional Installation: Expertly install custom blinds, shades, and draperies, ensuring every detail meets our "Global Artistry" quality standard.

Relationship Management: Provide exceptional customer service that upholds our brand reputation and encourages client referrals.

Qualifications

Proven experience in window treatment sales, measuring, and installation.

Exceptional eye for detail and design.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Reliable transportation and professional-grade tools required for installations.

Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage your own schedule and pipeline.

Compensation Structure:

This role is strictly commission-based with no fixed salary. Commission rates are competitive and commensurate with your experience and performance. Opportunity for uncapped earning potential based on your ability to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
